Book Report Idea #52: Sketch a favorite part of the book(this will also be given to you when we get back to school)

It includes what happened in each book that makes it different( I know it might seem more like a timeline of each story but each event makes both stories different and similar)
Twilight:
1. Bella moves to Forks
2. Edward and Bella fall in love with each other
3. Bella finds out that Edward is a vampire
4. A conflict between the Cullens and Nomadic Vampires(all 3 of them) occur
5. One of the Nomadic Vampires (James) dies when the Cullens attack to save Bella 6. In this book, it is a strong love story. Basically a romance.
New Moon:
1. The Cullens celebrate Bella's birthday
2. Jasper was about to attack her because she got a cut from opening her presents
3. The Cullens, including Edward leave Forks
4. Bella hangs out with Jacob
5. Bella tries to get Edward out of her mind
6. Alice comes back, thinking that Bella committed suicide but was trying to skydive for fun
7. Edward goes to Italy where the Volturi can kill him because Rosalie told him that Bella died
8. Alice and Bella tries to stop him
9. The Volturi asks for Bella, Edward, and Alice to be a part of their coven
10. They decide that they want to go back to Forks 11. Jacob is mostly in the story 12. Laurent dies(Nomadic Vampire)13. But in this story, it became a little moredepressing because Edward was gone and a little comforting becasue Jacob was there for Bella.14. Jacob confessed that he was a werewolf.
Similarities:
1. It was created by the same person(Stephenie Meyer)
2. Both stories are about vampires
3. In both stories, Bella was narrating(telling the story from her own point of view)
4. Both books are part of the Twilight Series
5. Both of the books have the same genre(romance)
6. Both stories were base on Stephenie Meyer's dreams
Reaction:
The way I reacted to these stories was that one of them are a romance and the other was very depressing. I think it was so romantic when Edward comes into the story in Twilight. When he finally introduces himself and he says he loves her. In New Moon, I felt so sorry for Bella when the love of her life has to leave Forks. She ended up being an emotional wreck. Many months later, Jacob was the one who was always with her. The way Bella was different in Twilight than New Moon was that in New Moon, she was a little more depressed and lonely. Jacob was more different in New Moon than Twilight because he was the one who was more protective of Bella and he played a larger role than Edward.
